Bring to a boil:
2 sticks butter 1 C. water
3 T. cocoa
Sift together and add to the hot mixture:
2 C. flour 2 C. sugar
½ t. salt
Mix together and add to above:
½ C. buttermilk 2 beaten eggs
1 t. cinnamon 1 t. baking soda
Grease and flour cookie sheet. Pour, and bake 25 minutes at 350°.
Frost while hot with:
1 stick melted butter 3 T. cocoa
1/3 C. milk 3 C. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
